Our client's busy Customer service department asked us to develop a hot desk case for their employees.

Apart from providing a space saving storage solution, our task was to create a more personal environment to help them feel at home in their shared work space and a valued part of the company.

Strategy: We worked closely with our client and the end users to identify their storage needs. From our findings we designed and developed a compact, user friendly pod which had to swallow a considerable list of contents - from flip charts and family photos to catalogues and drinking mugs.

Results: With our detailed technical specifications, we commissioned a company who specialised in aerospace engineering to make the pods from aircraft grade, anodised aluminium, with ribbed rubber protection and acrylic pockets.

The pods came in a choice of two contemporary colourways to complement the office decor and uniforms.

Well received by the end user, these pods have stood the test of time and are used 24/7.
